Abbreviations and some Equivalents

tsp : teaspoon
tbsp : tablespoon
g : gram
oz : ounce
l : liter
ml : milliliter

1 level tablespoon = 15 ml
1 level teaspoon = 5 ml
1 oz = approx. 25 g
1000 ml = 1 liter

For baking I always use exact measures as given!
